Meltwater is the first release from a new body of work exploring hidden worlds, darkness, ice and thawing, ahead of a second solo album due in 2027.

These tracks form part of the release Meltwater, a five-song collaboration with lyricist Colin Macduff. The songs combine piano-led writing with strings, winds and subtle electronic textures, moving between intimate storytelling and more cinematic sound worlds.

The Underside

A slow, cinematic song built around piano, string quartet and clarinet, and unfolding with a dark, introspective mood.

Brittle

Upbeat, piano-led and quirky, with bright melodies and a subtle emotional edge.

I Have Come to Understand

A slow, atmospheric poem set to music, with piano and voice giving way to a haunting closing dialogue between cello and bass clarinet.
